1.Input shipping data into the System for shipment booking.
2.To join Sales call if necessary
3.To follow up nomination cargo and keep overseas agent updated duly
4.To ensure customers requirements are duly followed up and transferred to all concerned parties.
5.To answer queries, provide professional customer services including but not limited to
6.To maintain close liaison with clients of all schedule/allocations changes/equipment situation.
7.To assist trade team to carry out the day to day follow up.
1.University graduate, major in International Trade/Foreign Trade is preferred
2.1 year working experience in Liner Company is preferred
3.Be familiar with MS Office
4.Excellent command of English (CET4 or above)
5.Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
6.Pleasant personality, customer focus and tactful telephone calls handling skills
